Returns & Exchanges

Custom & Personalized

Products which are original custom designs, and personalized products made to order, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom original products are created exactingly to a customer’s specifications, therefore, we are not able to accept returns for these orders. Detailed proofs are provided for each order, and your order is only sent into production when we receive your formal, final proof approval. 

By approving your order, you will have verified that your wording and spelling is correct, your text placement is properly set, and your order is ready for printing and assembly. Once the proof is approved, your order is sent into production. 

However, if for any reason your order arrives not as proofed, or there are errors with quantities or materials, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately with these inconsistencies, and they will be corrected as promptly as possible. 

Please do not discard your order, as, in certain circumstances, we may issue a call tag to retrieve an inaccurate order. If we are unable to retrieve the original order, no corrections may be issued.

Likewise, due to the custom nature of personalized items, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these orders. However, if your personalized order arrives not as proofed, or there are errors with quantities, or there are product defects, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately with these issues, and they also will be corrected as promptly as possible. 

Non-Personalized Items

We happily accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days from purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

In addition to personalized items, the following items are also not eligible for return/refund/exchange:

  • Shipping Costs
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Sale items
 
Returning an Order

Eligible returns must be unused and in sellable condition as received, in their original packaging.

To to initiate a return, please contact us via the link below, putting “Return” in the Subject line. Include your order number in the text and the reason for your return. 

Upon order verification, we will issue you a Return Authorization number with return shipping information. Please add the Return Authorization number to the front of your shipping label and package your order safely. Items damaged in transit cannot be refunded. 

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of your item’s status and issue your refund accordingly to the credit card or original form of payment you used when placing your order.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanging an Order

Exchanges must be unused and in sellable condition as received, in their original packaging.

To to initiate an exchange, please contact us via the link below, putting “Exchange” in the Subject line. Include your order number in the text, the reason for the exchange, and the item selected in its stead. 

Upon purchase verification, we will issue you an Exchange Authorization number with return shipping information. Please add the Exchange Authorization number to the front of your shipping label and package your order safely. Items damaged in transit cannot be exchanged. 

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of your item’s status and process your exchange along with any additional costs, such as shipping, for the new item.
